The "Internationale Tweedaagse van Vlaanderen - Blankenberge" is the well-known Belgian IML march held in the area surrounding the city of Blankenberge.

Situated by the North Sea, the city is a popular tourist destination for both Belgians and the Dutch.

The march partially extends onto the beach, posing a little challenge for participants.

Along the way, complimentary samples such as beer, bread, and freshly caught fish are distributed in the finish area, creating a cozy atmosphere.

The Blankenberge area is very flat, especially on the first day where the buildings in the starting area are almost constantly visible.

Despite being well-organized, the indicated distances may vary more than allowed (10%), potentially resulting in longer routes.

It is a must for any IML enthusiast to take part in this march at least once!

Each year, a new plaque/coin is given to those who complete both days.
