"The Maple Leaf March" is the Canadian IML March.
In 2025, it was carried out for the first time as an official IML walk.
The march is for three days with a short welcome walk on Fridays and then normal distances on Saturdays and Sundays.
The march starts in Ottawa in premises from the Royal Canadian Legion. Both days we walk in the center of Ottawa, which is the capital of Canada, on Saturday there is a small detour into the state of Quebec, where they are fanatical about only speaking French – sacrebleu...
Ottawa seems like a nice and safe city where the locals are very welcoming.
This IML event can definitely be recommended!
