"The US Freedom Walk Festival" is one of two IML marches in the United States.

The march is held in the Washington, D.C. area.

The march is a two-day march over a weekend in October, with the option of a short 10 km "welcome" walk on Friday.

For many years, the march started and finished at a hotel in Rosslyn, Arlington, Virginia, located on the opposite bank of the Protomac River. The starting point was then moved to a hotel located at the Pentagon.

The last few years, the starting point has been at an American Legion Post in Arlington.

All three days you will pass by lots of exciting places, here are a few of them:

• Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
  
• The Pentagon.
  
• The National Mall.
  
• The Lincoln Memorial.

• The US Capitol.
  
• The US Supreme Court.
  
• The White House.
  
• The J. Edgar Hoover Building – FBI HQ.
  
• The Watergate building.

There is thus an excellent opportunity to actually experience some of the places you have seen on TV and in movies countless times…
