This type of badge is used for both the M/69 dress uniform and the M/84 service uniform.

It is only in recent years that most of the badges have started to be mounted on a black leather patch - in the past a small piece of clear plastic was used - discount solution!

Pocket badges used in connection with the training of Baltic units for NATO service at SFOR-Bosnia & KFOR-Kosevoe

These pocket badges have been used by Danish Instructors & Liaison Officers from the Prince's Life Regiment in connection with the training and deployment of Baltic units.

Normally, the individual badge has only been used in connection with one mission - this is a period of typically approx. 7-9 months - hence the large number of different badges.
