Idrætsmærke

The following disciplines are included in the requirement for this sports badge:

•GROUP 1 – TRIM- 20 times of 30 minutes.

•GROUP 2 – RESILIENCE/PRECISION (e.g.high jump).

•GROUP 3 – SPEED (e.g.100 m Run).

•GROUP 4 – STRENGTH (e.g.shot put).

•GROUP 5A – ENDURANCE (e.g.5 km Run).

•GROUP 5B – ENDURANCE WITHOUT TIMING (e.g. Walking March).

The badge is available in three classes (Bronze – Silver – Gold), it can only be acquired one badge per year thus; first year Bronze, fifth year Silver, ninth year Gold.

The Gold Badge is awarded to Military personnel as an official Norwegian medal that may be worn on the uniform.

• Gold badge made as a miniature medal for the Gala Uniform / Tuxedo jacket.
• Gold badge made as large metal badge for the Dress uniform.
