Bundeswehr
"Abzeichen für Leistungen im Truppendienst" and "Reservistenleistungs abzeichen" are German Military Merit Badges.
Common to all of them is that they include a "backpack march" of 20-30 km in a very limited time, shooting, sports and first aid. The Reservist Badge also includes an obstacle course and hand grenade throwing.
Both Badges are available in three degrees, namely Bronze, Silver and Gold.
The insignias are made in a large metal version for Fress uniform, a ribbon for uniform, a miniature medal for gala uniform and in many different fabric versions for combat and service uniforms.
Regarding the ribbon - it may not officially be worn while serving in the Bundeswehr, which of course does not prevent this...

Achievement Badge
The Badge for Achievement in Military Service, also known as the Bundeswehr Abzeichen für Leistungen im Truppendienst, is a badge that can be awarded to any active soldier and reservist for special military service.
The soldier is entitled to wear this badge on his uniform.
Criteria
The requirements for the award of the badge, which was donated in 1971, are regulated by the Central Service Regulation (ZDv) 37/10 "Suit Regulations of the Bundeswehr". The achievement badge can be awarded to any soldier of any branch of the armed forces after four months of service at the earliest, and also to any reservist as part of a military exercise. Additional requirements must be met to obtain the Reservist Performance Badge. The award on an honorary basis is not permitted.
It exists in three stages:
Level I in Bronze
Level II in Silver
Level III in gold, if repeated with the number stamped on it in steps of five (5, 10, 15, ...)
The achievement badge can be awarded directly in silver or gold without going through the lower levels.
In order to be awarded the achievement badge, the following requirements must be met within a period of one year:
Military achievements
Proof of training in self-help and comrade help in accordance with ZDv 49/20 must be provided within the last five years.
In an appraisal, the individual characteristics "readiness for action", "specialist knowledge" and "practical skills" must be assessed as at least "satisfactory".
Proof of a performance march must be provided. The requirements to be met can be found in the table.
Age Group Level I Stage II Level III
18-29 years 20 km 25 km 30 km
30-44 years 18 km 20 km 25 km
45-59 years 15 km 18 km 20 km
The time of ten minutes per km cannot be exceeded on average.
The march must be carried out in a field uniform with luggage weighing at least ten kilograms, half on paved and half on unpaved roads.
Shooting performances
A scoring exercise in the levels "gold", "silver" or "bronze" must be completed with any StAN weapon of the shooting soldier (rifle, pistol, machine gun or submachine gun). A shooting cord purchased in the last twelve months logically also fulfils the requirement.
In general, the achievement badge can only be awarded at the level that corresponds to the lowest completed level of the evaluation exercise or the performance march.
Sporting achievements
Proof of fulfilment of the conditions of the German Sports Badge must also be provided.
If all these requirements have been met, the achievement badge can be applied for.
